Erick D. Harris is a seasoned professional originally from Northern Louisiana. His life and career have been deeply shaped by his grandmother's wisdom, his mother’s steady guidance, and the spirited dynamic of growing up with one brother and more than 50 cousins. These formative influences instilled in him a profound love for the Southern region and an appreciation for the simple, timeless values that guide him to this day.

After attending Grambling State University, where he served as the Drum Major for the World-Famous Tiger Marching Band, Erick learned invaluable lessons in leadership, discipline, and teamwork that would continue to guide him throughout his career. With over thirty years of experience in sales and sales leadership, Erick has worked with some of the most respected companies in multiple industries, including manufacturing and horticulture. This experience has given him a broad and diverse perspective on business and personal growth.
